Iqaluit Walk of Remembrance

A walk of remembrance will be held through Iqaluit on Thursday to honour residential school survivors during the inaugural National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The event is being organized by Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. and the Qikiqtani Inuit Association. Click here for more information on the walk of remembrance 

CCHL 2022 Award Nominations

The Canadian College of Health Leaders has released the list of awards for 2022. The deadline to nominate individuals for the four categories of awards is November 30th, 2021. The deadline to submit nominations for the team and organizations award is February 1st, 2022. Click here to find out more about the awards 

CPHA new online course

Canadian Public Health Association has released new free online course: 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐫, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲-𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝-𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. The course was developed for family physicians and other clinical care providers.
