On behalf of the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) and the Canadian Academy of Nursing, I invite you to commemorate National Nursing Week, May 10-16, and International Nurses Day, May 12.
Nurses across Canada deserve to be recognized for their hard work. National Nursing Week and International Nurses Day are extremely significant in 2021 as nurses have been playing a critical role in Canada’s fight against COVID-19.
The theme this year is #WeAnswerTheCall and was developed by CNA to showcase the many roles that nurses play in a patient’s health-care journey. For more resources visit our webpage here.
To help nurses commemorate this week, CNA has planned a special lineup of events exclusive to members of the Canadian Academy of Nursing and CNA.
