We are recruiting nurses to take part in a short survey on their ability to speak out in the media and on social media.
Our goal is to explore the current practices used by employers to communicate to nurses what they can and cannot do. We know that these practices are evolving and range from formal documents to informal reminders or warnings.
This survey seeks to provide a baseline understanding of what is happening in Canadian health care settings and how this affects nurses’ real or perceived ability to speak out.
Participants must:
- identify as a nurse (registered nurse, licensed practical nurse or practical registered nurse, nurse practitioner, registered psychiatric nurse)
- currently practice in Canada
The survey includes 29 questions. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
